Refunds

You can cancel whenever you like, from your settings, and nobody will ask you why. Your letters stay open until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Cancelling doesn’t refund the current month, because it stays yours to use.

I’ll refund you:

• If I end our correspondence. You’ll get back the part of the month you haven’t used.
• If you were charged by mistake: twice, after you cancelled, or for an amount that isn’t right.

If something else went wrong, write to me anyway. Write to hello@thesmallhours.net from the address you signed up with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
